QueryOn

Terms of Service

Effective 27 August 2026

These terms govern use of QueryOn, operated by KAVIO ("we"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them.

The service

QueryOn measures and helps improve how AI answer engines represent your brand. You get the features of your plan; we may improve or change features over time without degrading the substance of what you pay for.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and the content you configure or publish through the platform. You confirm you have the rights to the brands and domains you register. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, probe engines for unlawful ends, or interfere with other tenants.

Fair use

Plans include stated limits (brands, questions, engines, scans). We meter usage and enforce limits; we do not silently bill overages.

AI outputs

The product measures and generates content using AI systems. AI outputs are probabilistic: we verify citations against engine responses and archive the evidence, but we do not guarantee any particular engine will say any particular thing. Content you publish remains your responsibility to review.

Intellectual property

You own your data and your content. We own the platform, its models and its aggregate, de-identified learnings. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your data — nothing more.

Payment

Paid plans bill in advance via Stripe. Where a written performance guarantee applies to your order, its specific terms (metric, baseline, threshold, obligations) control.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
